You have the ability to either process the order on-line, or print out the completed order and fax it to us or mail it, using the postal service or an authorized delivery service that can be tracked.

BUSINESS HOURSOur standard business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST. Depending on the holiday time of year, we may be in the office before and after hours processing and filling orders. Please include your telephone number. If we have any questions about your order, we may call you. PAYMENT AND SALES TAX INFORMATIONFull payment, in U.S. dollars, is due with each order. We accept postal money orders, certified bank checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Carte Blanche, Diner's Club International, and JCB Credit Card. We normally bill your credit card on the day of shipment. We release product orders with a money order, or certified bank check on the date of bank clearance. On custom made orders or special orders we bill your credit card 50% upon receipt of the order, and the balance, including shipping charges, on day of shipment. PLEASE: NO cash OR stamps through the mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for its loss.
Returned payments of any type will carry a $25.00 service fee.

PRICES and PRODUCT CONTENTAlthough we make every effort to insure that our prices, products and coupons are advertised as accurately as possible, we are only human, and in the event that an error is made, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the order. All items are subject to availability and pricing may change without notice. BACKORDER POLICYWe reserve the right to ship with either delivery service for more efficient packaging handling or delivery. When ordering any FRAGILE or FOOD items, the order may be changed to the U.P.S. (United Parcel Service), in order to ensure the freshness and quality you have come to value in Yankee Harvest products.All items will be backordered unless the item is sold out, or not available as a result of the manufacturer or supplier decision to discontinue the item. Seeds may also be sold out or not be available as a result of a crop failure. Unless customer notifies Yankee Harvest, LLC., all backorders shall be shipped. If payment is over the amount which is filled, the difference under $10.00 will be credited to you in the form of a gift certificate to be applied towards your next purchase. A handling charge is added to all internet and phone orders and is included in the Postal or UPS shipping charges of your order. Some large or heavy steel items that we offer, oversize, or multiple shipments to the same address, may carry additional shipping charges. Where this applies, it will be duly noted.

Keep in mind your Yankee Harvest orders are shipped from Hamden, CT., so the CARRIER RATES and DELIVERY TIMES will vary by how close (or far) you are from this area. Generally your order should arrive in 3 to 7 business days depending on your carrier and location within your state. Please allow extra time for the rush times and volume during holidays and inclement weather (...this sometimes does happen in Connecticut...!). DELAYS IN DELIVERYYankee Harvest, LLC. shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused by delays in delivery from fire, strikes, weather, casualty, inability to obtain materials, manufacturer delays, acts of war, holiday "rush" volume or other causes beyond our control. All items are subject to availability from the manufacturer or supplier, and may change without notice. NOTE:* Please make sure that ALL SHIPPING ADDRESSES are Accurate and Complete *: We are assessed a $5.00 surcharge for every address correction that U.P.S. (United Parcel Service) makes in order to deliver your parcel properly. If this address correction situation occurs, you agree to be billed for that extra UPS surcharge, if applicable, for delivery of that parcel with the UPS address correction problem. CLAIMS - SHORTAGES - DAMAGEClaims for shortages must be reported within five (5) business days of receiving the order, otherwise these orders will be deemed as complete. We are not responsible for damage after our delivery to the carrier. ALL CLAIMS for damage and hidden damage upon opening, must be reported to the carrier immediately and filed with the carrier by the customer. If your order was damaged in shipping please call United Parcel Service (UPS) at 800-742-5877 or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) at 800-275-8777 and report the damage. They'll start a claim and notify us so that we can send you a replacement. CUSTOMER NOTE: If not INSURED by you at time of ordering, Yankee Harvest is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages, once placed with an authorized carrier such as U.S.Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or United Parcel Service (U.P.S.) or Federal EXPRESS. Do not send the damaged items to us. Both United Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) require the recipient (CUSTOMER) to file the damage claims. Keep the box, damaged item(s) and all packing materials, in case the carrier sends out a claim investigator and wants to check them and take pictures of the damaged item(s).
